Started the class with basic stretches and warm-up, including HKB (Black Flag) footwork punches and kicks. The beginners then went on to do the 1st form and it's
applications, while the more advanced students did 2nd form plus applications.
Afterwards the beginners did lots of Red Sash level material including CMA Elbow and ...Kick sets, followed by a bit of light sparring against the beastly sheild! The advanced students, after the 2nd form applications, went
on to do plenty of MMA ground fighting submission techniques, including
submissions and chokes from Side Mount position. We finished up with everyone's
favourite, fitness! Decent fitness sesh, then bowed out.
