After a system induction and full HKB warm up, we practiced 1 and 2 handed push/sticky hands, then continued with our Red Sash sparring. 5 Kicks, 5 Elbows, 10 Hands, solo, pads, dummy then Big Daddy Shield. Very tiring going full pelt even for just 1 min it still takes it out of you!.. Great beginners fitness session.
Now looking forward to seeing everyone on Tuesday to work on traditional
forms and application.
