Loads of Wing Chun Conditioning for the legs & arms. Lap Sau (Pulling Hand) Drills with take downs and submissions. Broke it up a bit with some Beginners Western boxing techniques (as taught by Sam Foster CMA Boxing Coach). Then finished with some 1 min 'full power full speed' rounds on the Big Daddy Shield.
Another great 'blow out' Sunday session.
Just met a guy that trained in Systema (russian mma), he's now local from up country. After a brief introduction is very interested and will hopefully be joining us next week.
Now looking forward to some traditional CMA on Tuesday.
