Scott Wing-chun Field I enjoyed everything and i need to work on my form.
Leo Brooke I learnt how to apply the elbow set when training with someone, I enjoyed
going over lap sou training and I think I need work on my sticky hands, chi sau
and I would like to work on some more takedowns.
