He reminded me of a time when we used to
train together as kids. "I was using him to practice a wrestling move called the
Suplex (This was well over 20 years ago). He said he couldn't move for 3 days as he landed heavy on a steel bed-frame.
Apologies for that Andy and welcome to the group. You'll be glad to know we don't practice the Suplex, (not currently) and my control is a lot better! Lol.
Also had a new student join. He has a serious shoulder injury and asthma.
He started all nervous as you do when trying something new but came out of his shell and really enjoyed himself. Please join me in welcoming Nigel to the group. (Thanks

We started with loads of HKB footwork and pyramid training to warm up. Then worked on CMA take down defence and offence, single and double Chi Sau, and the 1st 3 CMA Wing Chun forms. Loads of fitness to finish off in preparation for that perfect beach body (when summer starts!?)..
