Kung Fu training.
We covered basic techniques up to and including the
CMA Blue Sash Level (Halfway through the Standard Wing Chun Syllabus)
We next trained full contact, freestyle sparring drills on The-Daddy-Body-Shield
and spent plenty of time training the ground form, also did some core fitness to
wrap things up.
Now looking forward to Tuesdays session, and
celebrating our 1st year of training at the New Club Location.
