Remember Chi Sau / Push Hands and Forms should remain Yin: gentle / soft at all times.
Real fighting is always Yang: aggressive / hard and should be finished instinctively.
We will be working on sparring which has to be a constant mix of Yin & Yang.
As usual sparring sessions will remain split into 3 ranges until students are ready to mix ranges. (Blue Sash level) at this stage the student should be able to spar without protective equipment and refrain from hurting each other.
1st Long range - kickboxing.
2nd Medium range - trapping and take down.
3rd Short range - wrestling and submission.
